New Jersey police release video of woman accused of choking her husband

NEW JERSEY — A New Jersey woman was arrested and charged with choking her fiancee on the roof of their New Jersey condominium, police said Monday.

In the video, which has been released by the police department, the woman can be heard yelling “don’t do it!” before she is heard pushing her fiance to the ground.

Police said the man tried to defend his wife, who was in the same condo.

The video was recorded by the fiancee’s cellphone, which was recovered from the scene.

The man was taken to a hospital for treatment, but he was later released, police Lt.

Chris Pinto said.

The woman was not arrested, and her name was not released.
